By accessing or using Plan2Sprint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Plan2Sprint operates on a per-seat subscription model. Each seat grants one user access to the platform's full feature set, including unlimited projects, sprint management, and team collaboration tools.
Seats may be purchased on a monthly or yearly basis. Seat owners may assign seats to other registered users and reassign or revoke access at any time.
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period (the last day of the month in which you cancel). No refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions.
After the billing period ends, the seat will be deactivated and the associated user will lose access to the platform.
You may cancel a yearly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
For example, if you purchased a yearly plan and cancel 3 months into the subscription, you will receive a refund for approximately 9 months of the unused period.

Plan2Sprint reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price changes take effect.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Plan2Sprint does not store your credit card information. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle.
Administrators may grant complimentary ("free") seats to registered users at their discretion. Free seats carry no billing obligation and may be revoked at any time by the granting administrator. Free seats are not eligible for refunds.
You agree to use Plan2Sprint only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to attempt unauthorized access to any systems.
We take your privacy seriously. Project and task data you create within Plan2Sprint is yours. We do not sell your data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after a reasonable notice period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan2Sprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
